From 1861-1865, the small farming village of Falls Church found itself on the edge of conflict. Join us on May 18, for a community event aimed to present and preserve Falls Church’s story and the experiences of those who lived here during those difficult years.
Programming includes access to Cherry Hill Historic House and Farm and barn, children’s learning tent, and living history from the 28th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, Ladies Sanitary commission, Yankee School Marm, Civil War Surgeon, Professor Thaddeus Lowe, and more.
Sponsored by City of Falls Church and the Victorian Society at Falls Church, Virginia, in conjunction with, the 28th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry and Falls Church Historical Commission.
Sign up today for a free Civil War Trails bus tour around Falls Church at 11 am and 1 pm! Reserve your space by RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org
