Join an especially intriguing afternoon of local history and follow development through the ages. Five of the City of Falls Church’s most historic properties, including three private residences not usually open to the public, will be open for tours led by costumed docents. The Falls Church Episcopal (1769), the Cherry Hill Farmhouse (1845), Mount Hope (1830/1870), the Deputron House (1893), and the Henderson House (1910). Tours will discuss the house, its residents, and local history.
This event is co-sponsored by the Victorian Society at Falls Church, the Friends of Cherry Hill Foundation, the Tinner Hill Heritage Foundation, and the Falls Church Episcopal with all proceeds going to preservation of these irreplaceable structures.
